| المستخلص : | This study was conducted in one of the private orchards in Abo Al-Khasib district of Basra governorate during the growth seasons 2016. This study included some. Biochemicalcharacteristics, enzyme and protein patterns of date palm cultivars Phoenix dactylifera L.(AL-Halawee, Al-Barhee, AL-Khassab).As for the chemical characteristics, it was noticedfrom the results of this study that the Al-Barhee cultivar was significantly different in themost studied characteristics in the various stages of growth (Al-Khalal, Rateb and Tamer). This study also found that the enzymatic effectiveness of the invertase and cellulase at thestage of Al-Khallal was the highest in the Al-Barhee cultivar, which was significantly higherthan the two cultivars of AL-Halawee and AL-Khassab. The results of this study showed thatthe AL-Barhee cultivar was significantly different in the following characteristics maturity,ripping, weight bunch and total product for a single palm.The protein pattern study of leavesshowed some differences in the bands (number, location, thickness and intensity), indicating the difference in the quantity and quality of proteins. |
| المستخلص باللغة العربية : | أجريت هذه الدراسة في احد البساتين الأهلية في قضاء أبي الخصيب التابع لمحافظة البصرة، خلال موسمي النمو2016 و 2017 لبيان مدى الاختلاف بين اصناف متفاوتة النضج ومع تحديد افضل الصفات المعتمدة في التصنيف فقد وجد من الدراسة بان هناك فروقات معنوية في عدد من الصفات الخضرية بين الاصناف المدروسة )الحلاوي والبرحي والخصاب(حيث أوضحت نتائج الدراسة للصفات الكيميائية المدروسة ولمراحل النمو المختلفة )الحلاوي والبرحي والخصاب( توصلت هذه الدراسة أيضاً الى أن الفعالية الانزيمية لانزيمي الانفرتيز والسليوليز في مرحلة الخلال كانت بأعلى درجاتها في صنف البرحي اذ تفوقت معنوياً على صنفي الحلاوي والخصاب ومن خلال دراسة النمط البروتيني لاوراق الاصناف المدروسة وثمارها وجد أختلافها في النمط البروتيني من حيث عدد الحزم وأختلاف درجة كثافتها التي تدل على أختلاف كمية البروتينات التي فيها ونوعيتها. |
